The E&Y office was already operating at full capacity, but the space lacked balance: places for concentration, short discussions, and short breaks throughout the day. The project's task was to update the environment without major construction work, using functional furniture and acoustic solutions.
The space integrated cabins for various types of work: individual acoustic cabins for focused work and confidential calls, cabins for small groups for quick discussions, and a spacious cabin for 8–10 people, which became a full-fledged alternative to a classic meeting room.
A separate element of the renovation was the lounge area in the open space. Soft furniture, a well-thought-out composition, and live greenery formed a new center of gravity for the team—a place for short breaks, informal conversations, and switching between work tasks.
In addition, the kitchen area was renovated: new kitchen cabinets were installed, work surfaces were modernized, and furniture solutions were integrated, making the space more organized and convenient for everyday use. As a result, the office became quieter, more functional, and better adapted to various team work scenarios.
